Default River Deveron Salmon Catches 2000 to 2009

On average, since year 2000 the Deveron is the fifth most productive salmon river in Scotland, (having just overtaken the Kyle of Sutherland system) however, as the chart below shows, it is a subject to large fluctuations in catches year on year, probably due to its 'spatey' nature. The trend shows that the Deveron's salmon catches are also improving more quickly than the Scottish average (steeper line of best fit).

River Deveron salmon rod catch trend compared to the total for all Scottish rivers i.e. 'River Scotland'.
