Default Superb video from Newfoundland - what a salmon!

Watch Henrik Mortensen catch and release a fine atlantic salmon on a tiny fly. An amazing piece of footage. Enjoy!

Which river is this - anybody know?

Thanks

Colin.

Hey,
great fish! However, when you know it is going to be released you should not haul it over the rocks like that. The survival is more important than the picture. Play it hard and whatever happens, happens. What a shame if that fish dies. Of course, if you are in Labrador and keeping the fish, take your time and haul it wherever you like.
Great casting, and I like the strategy of waiting to let this fish settle before re-casting.
Water was very clear. Was this in Bay St. George?
Cheers
