Go Fishing!
In the last week salmon have been caught from Simonsbath to Cove and possibly lower.
At least 4 near the Exeter Inn, about 10 around the Carnarvon Arms, 3 behind Dulverton etc. Basically there are loads of salmon around so drop everything and get on the river. The height is good on the Barle and a nice colour, the Exe is clearing nicely and should be perfect for the rest of the week end.
However it is already dropping so by the end of next week we could have seen the best of it.
