New Season

Well folks here we go again with the new season nearly upon us, I hope everybody has sorted out their fishing plans for this year and are looking forward to a fruitful 2011.
Lets hope the weather will be kinder to us all this year and wishing everybody tight lines, and good luck to any brave souls looking to fish in the next week or so.

Hello Amorphous, and all,

Yes the new season is nearly here, its been a long cold winter, but only a few days left to wait. Looking at the webcam this morning, with all that water, any early fish in the estuary will certainly be having a look at entering the river and with settled weather forecast over the next week conditions could be quite promising!!! Who's planning a cast on opening day??

The Torridge Association AGM is on Friday 4th at the Half Moon, is anyone attending?? Hopefully see you there.
