Despite the heavy showers yesterday and last night the river hasn't changed. It is still low, so nothing changing for salmon anglers.
Trout anglers have been having a good time. In the last 2 weeks we have had Brown Trout up to 14" and Grayling up to 17", coupled with probably the best Mayfly hatch for several years. So trout fishing has been good.
The rain we have had will freshen up the water so get your trout gear out and make the best of it while conditions last.
