Hello everyone!
Sorry for delay posting the web report of your wonderful week.
Looking back, now I can say it was the best week of the season 2017 at Rynda.

It is easy to illustrate this by saying that we caught 24 salmon over 15 pounds and the line of the biggest fish is quite impressive:
27-pounder for Rashid
27-pounder for David
25-pounder for Graham
23-pounder for Simon H.
22-pounder for Jonathan
22-pounder for Simon T.
20-pounder for Nick
20- and two 19-pounders for Roddy
19-pounder for David
19-pounder for Sean!

The weather conditions were friendly most of the week. Water level was dropping 14 cm during the week, and water temp was wobbling around 15C.

The key of this week was the fast fishing developing of the upper Rynda beats. Lots of the big salmon were from there. Middle section and Zolotaya river provided good fishing as well.

Two important events happened this week at Rynda:
Our great friends Nick and Dr. Sean were presented with their ASR veteran rings following 10 memorable seasons on Rynda.

Congratulations to the ASR Veteran – Dr. David for releasing this solid 27-lber on the top of the Rynda at Swan Lake! Dr. David was presented with his Rynda Big Fish ring upon returning to camp.

Rashid once again confirmed his membership of the Rynda Big Fish Club catching this perfect 27-lber at Rebecca on a Single Golden Killer! Well done!

The flies for this week were SunRay, Cascade, Frodin tubes, Golden Killer and exotic Black Ant and ½ inch Pink Hitch tube.

Guys, as you had to leave the camp in a rush, we didn’t manage to take a group photo? I think it’s a good idea to gather all together next season and fix it!

Thank you all for the wonderful week!
Nikolai
