A wonderful cheerful team of French anglers ‘flooded’ Rynda camp this week. The only language we tried to use during the whole week was French. Tough job!

Piam, the group leader, was guiding his team through the difficult weather conditions. However, bad weather never could drop the true fisherman spirit!

Every evening good-sized salmon along with fresh grilse were entering in the Rynda lodge book.

In the column ‘Fly pattern’ mostly often we can see: Mudler, Green But, Golden Killer, Bomber and Sunray Shadow.

This week two of our guides were celebrating their Birthdays. They have been guiding on the Rynda river for 16 years! Congratulations, Zhenya and Kolya!

This week the long Polar day was over on the Kola Peninsula and we could enjoy the first proper sunset of this summer.

This week was not just about fishing. It was about a great party of good friends, never-ending stories and warm family atmosphere.
As a wonderful week has finished, we thank our old and new friends for the nice time spent together! Au revoir and A tout a l’heure!

Nikolay and Nadya
