we know the salmon run has dropped these past few years but look at the tynes run this past season what a drop . my veiw is somewhere out in the atlantic fish are being intersepted by what i dont know but my feeling its that area ive no proof just a hunch , i can see the tyne being catch n release sooner not later ive no problem with that if it saves our salmon runs. also our sea trout missing in numbers . anyone got the answer

i know this is a drastic messure but if the runs drop each year what else can happen .. i like a fish for the table now and again as well . lets hope it turns around next summer .
